Your website has to have a name right? They don't always match the URL either!
The fully quallified domain name of your website. If it isn't a valid page than it won't be listed.
To what body does this lodge belong to? i.e. Blue Lodge, Royal Arch, Scottish Rite, etc...
Country, state, province, masonic district etc... The more detailed the better we can place it.
Where do you think your site should be placed? Canadian Lodge? International Affiliated body? Masonic Blog? It can be anything, we are open to your suggestion!
A brief description of your site, this is most helpful for sites that are not for a specific lodge, chapter, etc... but more geared toward a resource or community site.
